The Snowy 2.0 hydropower project has reached a major milestone with the launch of its fourth tunnel boring machine, Monica, now over 70% complete. The TBM will begin tunnelling a 17km headrace tunnel, while the project has already excavated over 733,000m³ of material and completed 46 concrete pours, contributing over $300 million to the local economy and employing more than 5,200 workers.
