Sonic Fire Tech, a startup founded by former NASA engineers, has developed patented infrasound technology that uses inaudible sound waves to extinguish wildfires without water or chemicals. The technology has garnered interest from homeowners and fire departments, with demonstration systems planned for March and a pilot program in collaboration with Pacific Gas and Electric.
