South Dakota Board of Economic Development Approves $28 Million in Funding for Projects in Madison, Yankton, and Toronto

The South Dakota Board of Economic Development approved funding for projects totaling over $28 million, retaining 383 full-time jobs. A $500,000 loan was granted to Madison Area Development Corporation for a Perpetual Seed Fund Program to support entrepreneurship.
Hydro Extrusion USA received a grant of up to $555,618 for reinvestment at its Yankton facility. Additionally, the board recognized a $57 million dairy digester project by Plainview Biogas in Toronto, with qualified expenses up to $40.3 million.
