Stabilis Solutions, Inc. has entered into a 10-year offtake agreement with Carnival Corporation to supply liquefied natural gas (LNG) for Carnival's cruise operations at the Port of Galveston, Texas. This agreement is the second anchor offtake contract related to the Galveston LNG project, bringing total contracted capacity to approximately 55% of the facility's planned output.

Deliveries are expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2027, contingent upon successful financing and construction of the LNG facility. Stabilis is advancing toward a Final Investment Decision in the first quarter of 2026, having completed FEL-3 engineering design and secured long-lead equipment for the project.
