STRABAG subsidiary ZÜBLIN will serve as the general contractor for B'Ella Berlin, a mixed-use project at Berlin Südkreuz, commissioned by Hines for RONDUS DRITTE Immobilienbesitz GmbH & Co KG. The development will feature approximately 300 residential units, including subsidized housing, a day-care center, and commercial spaces across 75,000 m².

It aims for DGNB Platinum certification and will utilize geothermal energy and photovoltaics. STRABAG will also establish a new Berlin office at the site, supporting its climate neutrality goals for 2040.
