Sunita Tools Limited has signed an interim sales agreement to supply 240,000 empty NATO standard 155mm M107 artillery shells over 24 months. Deliveries will occur at a rate of 10,000 units per month, starting after procedural formalities and advance payments are completed.

A 50% advance payment will cover the first three months of supply, with monthly billing around INR 24 crore expected. The agreement allows Sunita Tools to serve other customers and is specific to empty shell bodies, not filled ammunition.
