Sunnhordland Kraftlag Launches Blåfalli Fjellhaugen Hydropower Project in Norway

Sunnhordland Kraftlag has launched the Blåfalli Fjellhaugen hydropower project in Norway, which will add approximately 185 MW of regulated capacity and generate an additional 70 GWh annually. This initiative will increase the total installed capacity in the watercourse to about 550 MW, capable of powering over 100,000 households, with construction expected to take four years. Key partners involved include Konecranes, Hitachi, and Andritz Hydro, among others.
