Team Wendy Ceradyne and Theon International to Develop Integrated Multi-Threat Headborne System for U.S. Army
DEFENSE
Team Wendy Ceradyne and Theon International are collaborating to create an Integrated Multi-Threat Headborne System (IMHS) prototype for the U.S. Army, funded by the Army Combat Capabilities Development Command.
This initiative aims to enhance soldier protection and situational awareness by integrating ballistic protection technologies with advanced electro-optical systems, including augmented reality. The prototype is set for evaluation in FY26 during a Soldier Touchpoint to assess its performance and gather user feedback.
