Telangana CM Revanth Reddy Requests Army to Appoint Special Officers for Civil-Military Issues

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy urged the Army to appoint Special Officers to address civil-military issues, particularly concerning land allotment and the establishment of Sainik Schools, which the state has not received in a decade.
During a Civil-Military Liaison Conference, he highlighted the need for ongoing dialogue to resolve administrative challenges and requested the relocation of the Southern Command Centre headquarters to Hyderabad. Additionally, the state government has allocated 3,000 acres for a Navy radar station in Vikarabad and expressed its commitment to collaborate with the Armed Forces to bolster national security.
