Transportadora de Gas Internacional (TGI) and Höegh Evi have signed a binding commercial agreement for a Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) at the La Guajira regasification plant, set to commence operations in Q1 2027. This project aims to address Colombia's growing natural gas demand and enhance energy security, facilitating the entry of approximately 300 million cubic feet per day into the National Natural Gas Transport System. The agreement is part of TGI's broader investment strategy, which includes eight projects totaling over $500 million to bolster the country's energy infrastructure.
