Torch Technologies and Others Awarded Contracts for R&D, Construction, and Equipment Supply Across Multiple States

Torch Technologies Inc. was awarded a $195.4 million contract for R&D in system capabilities by the Army Contracting Command, with a completion date set for January 2031. Other notable contracts include Anvil Builders Inc. for $35.9 million in sediment retention structure construction in Washington, and NIC4 Inc. for $18.8 million in cybersecurity services in Maryland, among others. Additionally, HME Inc. and Fidelis Sustainability Distribution LLC were recently added as awardees for contracts totaling $568 million.
