Tract Expands Caldwell Valley Technology Park in Austin to Nearly 3,000 Acres for 4GW Capacity

NATURAL GASDATA AND AI INFRASTRUCTURE

Tract has expanded the Caldwell Valley Technology Park in Austin, Texas, by adding 1,458 acres, bringing the total to nearly 3,000 acres capable of supporting up to 4GW of data center capacity. The first 360MW grid connection is planned for 2028 in collaboration with Blue Bonnet Electric Cooperative, alongside plans for a scalable on-site substation and a natural gas power generation facility. Since its launch in 2023, Tract now controls over 25GW of planned capacity and 25,000 acres across the U.S.
