Türkiye Unveils Turkic World Vision Document to Enhance Cooperation Among Turkic States
Türkiye has presented the 'Turkic World Vision Document,' a 198-page strategic roadmap aimed at enhancing political, economic, security, and cultural cooperation among Turkic states, with a goal of increasing trade volume to over $100 billion. The document proposes establishing a Turkic Investment and Development Fund and a Turkic World Development and Reconstruction Bank to finance joint projects.
It also includes plans for a digital currency to facilitate transactions, a Turkic World Joint Counterterrorism Center for security cooperation, and digital integration initiatives such as e-government systems and a common digital identity platform. Additionally, it calls for a Turkic World Joint Education Program, energy initiatives including the Trans-Caspian Natural Gas Pipeline Project, and a Turkic World Energy Agency. The vision serves as a reference for Türkiye as it prepares to host the 13th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States in 2026.
