TTM Technologies, Inc. announced the upcoming retirements of board members Thomas Edman and John Mayer on May 7, 2026, and the appointments of Daniel G. Korte and Ryan D. McCarthy as new directors.

Korte, a former Global Vice President at PPG Industries, will serve until the 2028 annual meeting, while McCarthy, the former Secretary of the Army, will serve until 2027. President and CEO Edwin Roks expressed optimism about the future with the new board members.
