UHT Unitech and Fong Jaw Aerospace have entered a partnership to develop and produce Cougar drones, targeting the global defense and commercial UAV markets. They aim to deliver 350 units in 2025 and 700 in 2026, with projected sales exceeding NT$100 million (US$3.17 million). The Cougar drone features vertical takeoff and landing capabilities, a hybrid power system, and a flight endurance of up to six hours.
