Ukraine escalated its conflict with Russia through extensive drone attacks targeting Russian oil facilities, including the Alpha Oil base in Uryupinsk and the Slavneft-YANOS refinery in Yaroslavl. The Yaroslavl refinery, processing 15 million tons of crude oil annually, has reportedly suspended production.
