Ukraine Withdraws from CIS Air Defense and Multiple Treaties under Zelenskyy's Decrees

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has decreed Ukraine's withdrawal from the CIS Integrated Air Defense Agreement and 30 additional treaties, including cultural property return and deportees' rights. This decision, articulated in Decree No. 203/2026 and Decree No. 202/2026, reflects Ukraine's shift away from CIS agreements established in the 1990s.
