The University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ) has secured funding for three collaborative research projects focused on wastewater management, logistics, and space technology, supported by the Australian Government's National Industry PhD Program. The initiatives include developing an AI-driven model for sewer system management in partnership with Toowoomba Regional Council, creating an AI framework for optimizing waste transport logistics with Sida4 Impact and Dovetale Sport, and enhancing Australia’s space imaging capabilities through sensor modifications for a $50 million satellite project.
