DEFENSE
The US and allied nations have increased funding for the Tomahawk Block V modernization program, with Raytheon receiving a $380.8 million contract for upgrades to Block IV missiles. This initiative includes contributions from the US Army, Navy, and Marine Corps, and foreign military sales to countries like Japan, Australia, and the UK. Additionally, a separate $59 million contract modification will support Standard Missiles for Australia, Chile, Denmark, and South Korea, as the global missile market is expected to grow significantly by 2035.
