The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will hold a public meeting on February 24 to discuss Phase 2 of the Rough River Dam Safety Modification project in Falls of Rough, Kentucky. This phase, with a $320 million contract awarded to Thalle-Bauer LLC, will last 6-7 years and includes constructing new outlet works and a cutoff wall to enhance downstream safety.
