The Ganga Expressway in Uttar Pradesh is over 95% complete, spanning 594 km and connecting Meerut to Prayagraj at a cost of approximately Rs 37,350 crore. Designed to reduce travel time from 12 hours to 6 hours, the expressway features 1,498 structures, 23 toll plazas, and a 3.5-km emergency landing facility. Future expansions approved in January 2025 will add an additional 453 km to the route.
