Uzbekistan and Türkiye's Limak company are in discussions for collaboration on hydroelectric power plant construction, with talks led by Uzbekistan's Deputy Prime Minister Jamshid Kuchkarov and Limak Founder Sezai Bacaksiz. Limak, which has built 10 hydroelectric plants in Türkiye, may aid Uzbekistan in its goal to establish nearly 3,000 micro-hydropower plants by 2026 and also participate in modernizing an international airport.
