Neale Lunderville, President and CEO of Vermont Gas Systems (VGS), will step down at the end of 2026 after over six years. The VGS Board will search for his successor. Lunderville's tenure included expansions in energy efficiency, in-home electrification services, and renewable natural gas initiatives.

VGS is now preparing for its first geothermal project and has pioneered electric heat pump water heater sales. Lunderville will assist in the transition until the end of 2026.
