Vietnam's Government has introduced Decree 363/2025, set to take effect on December 31, 2025, to enhance recruitment of skilled professionals into the Việt Nam People's Army by offering salary allowances of up to 500%. The decree allows for contracts with both overseas Vietnamese and foreign experts, providing various benefits such as public-duty accommodation, rental support, and training policies. Outstanding graduates may receive a 250% allowance for five years, alongside additional financial support for rest periods at military health resorts.
