VORN Bioenergy has launched its first biogas plant in Ferrara, Italy, with financing from ING, marking its entry into the Italian, Spanish, and Polish markets. The facility aims to produce 8.5 million Nm³ of biogas annually, utilizing primarily livestock waste, and is expected to create approximately 30 jobs. VORN plans to independently manage the plant while pursuing additional projects in Italy with support from national funding initiatives.
