From November 28 to December 16, 2025, the Washington National Guard's 96th Aviation Troop Command participated in an Aviation Subject Matter Expert Exchange with the Royal Thai Army and Navy in Thailand, focusing on enhancing aviation safety and interoperability. This collaboration, part of the State Partnership Program, included discussions on operations, maintenance, and safety practices, marking the first interaction between the Washington National Guard and the Royal Thai Navy.
