Wells Fargo & Co. has signed a lease for 50,000 square feet at One Flagler in West Palm Beach, establishing its Wealth & Investment Management headquarters, which will accommodate around 100 employees by the end of 2026. This move is part of an expansion plan that includes hiring additional financial advisers and private bankers. One Flagler, fully leased and featuring various amenities, was acquired by Related in 2021 and aims to attract technology and defense tech companies to the area.
