Xpeng is set to launch the Land Aircraft Carrier, a six-wheel minivan designed to transport its electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, with deliveries expected later this year. Priced at approximately 2 million yuan ($287,000), the vehicle will feature an 800-volt electrical system and a driving range of over 620 miles, with initial production in Guangzhou targeting 5,000 units annually. The eVTOL, which has received local airworthiness certification, will also face scrutiny due to a prior accident involving prototypes.
