Prominent Yoruba monarchs, including the Ooni of Ife and the Olubadan of Ibadan, have facilitated the return of activist Sunday Igboho to Nigeria after four years in exile. His media aide confirmed that Igboho is expected to return soon, pending clearance from the Presidency, following his flight from Nigeria in 2021 due to a government raid. Igboho has expressed gratitude for the support he received, including from President Tinubu.
