A 250MW data center campus, named BXIA, is set to be developed in Bordeaux, France, on a 20-hectare site at the Parc des Expositions. Proposed by Osae Partners and NFU, the project aims to support local AI initiatives, including companies like Mistral and Airbus, with an estimated construction cost of €3 billion, potentially rising to €12 billion. The first building is anticipated to be operational by 2028, pending local council approval for land use changes.
