2CRSi Partners with Atlas Cloud for $6B Data Center Project in California
2CRSi's stock rose over 8% to €12.50 following a $6 billion multi-year partnership with Atlas Cloud, which provides inference services with a catalog of hundreds of LLMs, and New York Green Cloud, a developer of green data centers. The first phase marks 2CRSi's largest order to date, expected for delivery in the second half of 2026 in Sacramento, California, utilizing biomass power and liquid cooling. 2CRSi reported consolidated revenue of €220.7 million, a 32% increase from the proforma 2023-2024 figure of €167.6 million.
The EBITDA was €5.6 million, reflecting operational stability despite a temporary impact from an exceptional discount to a major U.S. client. The net income for the group was €2.1 million, a significant recovery from a loss of €6.5 million in the previous period. The company aims to exceed €300 million in revenue by 2024 as it continues to strengthen its commercial relationships.
