Israeli company ADC is set to construct Albania's first data center in a free trade zone near Tirana, with an investment of €100 million. Supported by 75% financing from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the data center has already attracted three clients, including Infosoft and a German storage company, targeting European and American markets for AI processing.
