Aetherflux has appointed Joe Yaffe as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer to oversee its global operations and legal affairs. His appointment comes after the company's $90 million Series A financing and in anticipation of the 2027 launch of its 'Galactic Brain' orbital data center project, which aims to harness solar power from a constellation of satellites in Low Earth Orbit for energy distribution. Founded in 2024 by Robinhood co-founder Baiju Bhatt, Aetherflux is focused on innovating energy solutions for remote environments.
