AEW has acquired a fully leased data center in the Nuremberg metropolitan area, marking its first investment in German data centers. This acquisition is part of AEW Patrimoine AEW Diversification Allemagne, which targets diverse real estate assets in Germany.

The data center, acquired from AVENTOS, spans 2,592 m² and is leased to a global technology group under a long-term double-net lease. The German data center market is the largest in the EU, with projected growth rates offering attractive investment opportunities.
