Affinius Capital Secures $630M First Close for $1B Data Center Fund

Affinius Capital has successfully raised $630 million in the first close of its $1 billion fund focused on hyperscale data centers, initiated in late 2025. The firm plans to invest in preidentified data center campus developments from its $15 billion development pipeline, with a final close anticipated by mid-2026.
