AlphaTON Capital Corp. (ATON) has entered a compute infrastructure lease agreement with Nvidia Corp. (NVDA) to install 504 B200 chips across its Canadian facilities.

This agreement is expected to increase AlphaTON's AI revenues by a minimum of $1.2 million per month starting March 2026. Additionally, AlphaTON announced an at-the-market offering to sell up to $400 million of its shares to fund the development of its decentralized AI computing platform, Cocoon AI, integrated with Telegram.
