ALZR11 Updates Rent Adjustments; Completes Asset Sales and Acquisitions in Brazil

ALZR11 announced a 4.1% rental adjustment for the Scala/RS Data Center, with 90% of its portfolio updated. The fund generated R$ 15.7 million from the sale of the BTLG Campinas asset and R$ 560.5 million from two property sales, while also completing a 20% acquisition in ParkShopping São Caetano and approving a share issuance targeting up to R$ 2 billion. Additionally, the funds were included in the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Emerging Index, expanding their investor base.
