Amazon is advancing plans for a $5 billion data center campus, Project Spectrum, adjacent to Vistra's Comanche Peak nuclear plant in Somervell County, Texas. The development agreement includes a $2.5 million payment to the county at groundbreaking and $300,000 per building annually.
