AMD Unveils World's First 2nm EPYC Venice CPU and Instinct MI455X GPU for Helios AI Rack

AMD has launched the world's first 2nm EPYC Venice 'Zen 6' CPU and Instinct MI455X GPU, specifically designed for the Helios AI Rack, which can deliver up to 2.9 Exaflops of AI computing power. The system features a fully liquid-cooled design with four MI455X GPUs and one Venice CPU, supporting up to 256 cores and 31 TB of HBM4 memory. Additionally, AMD is set to expand its data center solutions portfolio with new offerings based on its EPYC Venice and MI400 technologies.
