DATA AND AI INFRASTRUCTURE

Andy Glanzman has been promoted to CEO of CBRE's real estate investments segment, effective January 1. He will continue as co-CEO of CBRE Investment Management alongside Adam Gallistel, overseeing TCC and its global asset investment management subsidiary.

Glanzman joined CBRE in 2010 as managing director and chief legal officer for CBRE IM. In a related appointment, Adam Nims will become CEO of Trammell Crow, succeeding Danny Queenan, who will oversee data center development.

CBRE reported a 30% revenue decrease in its real estate investments segment in Q3 due to lower incentive and construction management fees. However, the company had $560 million in real estate under development as of September 30, an increase from $505 million in 2024. The data center sector remains the fastest-growing area for CBRE, with a 40% year-over-year revenue increase in Q3.
