Ardian has launched Ardian Access Infrastructure SICAV-RAIF, an evergreen vehicle based in Luxembourg aimed at providing institutional and private wealth clients with access to global infrastructure and secondaries strategies. This fund, exclusive to professional investors, is part of Ardian's broader Access platform.

The fund seeks to diversify existing private infrastructure exposure by integrating direct investments with infrastructure secondaries. Ardian manages over $45 billion in infrastructure assets and $101 billion in secondaries, making it a leading player in the market.

The fund will target over 20 underlying assets, including Heathrow airport and Verne data center, and will focus on energy, digital infrastructure, and transport sectors. Minimum investment is set at €100,000 with immediate capital deployment. The fund was launched in partnership with iCapital for improved servicing and technology solutions.
