AVAIO Digital Partners has announced a $6 billion investment to build the AVAIO Digital Leo data center campus near Little Rock, Arkansas, aiming to support cloud computing and AI technologies. Spanning 760 acres, the project is expected to generate over 500 permanent jobs and thousands of construction jobs, with a total investment projected to exceed $21 billion. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q1 2026 and conclude by June 2027, marking the largest economic investment in Arkansas history.
