AVENTOS Sells Fully-Leased Data Center in Nuremberg to AEW

CBRE facilitated the sale of a data center in Nuremberg from AVENTOS to AEW. The 2,592 sqm facility, built in 2010, is fully leased to a global technology company under a long-term double-net lease. It has a current capacity of 6.4 MVA with potential for future increases.
The purchase price remains undisclosed, and the property may serve as a multi-tenant colocation facility upon lease expiration. This acquisition marks AEW's strategic entry into the German digital infrastructure market.
