Aware Super has invested A$460 million in the Skyline JV data center business to bolster digital infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific region, raising its total digital infrastructure investments to over A$6 billion. This investment, representing over 25% of Aware Super's infrastructure portfolio, aligns with the projected demand for up to 20 gigawatts of data center capacity in the region by 2030, driven by cloud and AI technologies.
