BharathCloud Partners with JLL for $100M AI Cloud Expansion in India

BharathCloud has announced a partnership with JLL to invest $100 million in AI cloud infrastructure over the next five years. The collaboration will involve selecting colocation sites and optimizing portfolio design, with plans to establish AI-ready cloud centers in major cities across India and expand into Tier-II and Tier-III cities. India's data center capacity is expected to increase significantly, from 1.25 GW in 2025 to 10.5 GW by 2035.
