Boost Run, LLC, a provider of AI Cloud Infrastructure, has entered several commercial agreements to enhance its hardware access, data center capacity, and capital as it prepares to merge with Willow Lane Acquisition Corp. The company plans to deploy at least $250 million in next-generation GPUs by Q1 2026, exceeding previous expectations. Boost Run has secured additional data center capacity and financing arrangements with Dell and Data Sales to support GPU procurement and operational scaling.

A new two-year, $127 million contract with Fluidstack will facilitate access to high-performance GPU clusters. Boost Run emphasizes a focus on unit economics and profitable growth, maintaining strong adjusted EBITDA and free cash flow margins.
