The Saint Louis sugar factory in Cagny, France, is set to be acquired by Brown Fields for redevelopment into an AI data center. The site, spanning 33 hectares, was closed in 2020 and will involve negotiations between Brown Fields and current owner Saint Louis Sucre. The project is estimated to cost between €15-€20 million and benefits from existing infrastructure, including a nearby 220,000 volt power line and a connection to the Flamanville nuclear power station.
