Chams Holding Company Plc has launched a new subsidiary, ChamsCorp Plc, effective February 1, to support Africa's digital transformation. This marks the fifth subsidiary for Chams and aims to enhance its over 40 years of experience in the digital ecosystem.

ChamsCorp will focus on manufacturing digital devices, developing digital infrastructure, and implementing AI systems, while contributing to digital ID and verification services. The Board of Directors has appointed renowned banker Mohammed Bashir Yunusa as Chairman of ChamsCorp.
