CleanSpark Acquires 447 Acres in Texas for AI Data Center Development

CleanSpark, Inc. has announced the acquisition of up to 447 acres in Brazoria County, Texas, for the development of AI and high-performance computing data centers, leading to a 3.5% increase in its stock price. The site will initially support a 300 MW demand load, with potential expansion to 600 MW, and is expected to close in Q1 2026. This acquisition complements a previous project in Austin County, providing over 890 megawatts of potential utility capacity.
