CleanSpark, Inc. has finalized an agreement to acquire up to 447 acres in Brazoria County, Texas, for a data center expansion with an initial capacity of 300 megawatts, potentially expandable to 600 MW. This project, expected to close in Q1 2026 pending approvals, is part of CleanSpark's strategy to develop a regional power hub in the greater Houston area, complementing its existing Austin County project. The company, which manages over 1.4 gigawatts of power and data centers nationwide, is also seeing significant growth in bitcoin production.
